All Fantasia’s Menu items are prepared on the premises the day of your reception. Our breads are freshly baked, our hors d’oeuvres are prepared by hand, and our sauces and entrees are made according to time honored recipes with consistent quality in mind. Please inform us is there are any special arrangements to be made in regards to your menu and choices.
